Delivery and Returns

IMPORTANT: Our office will be closed from 21 to 31 August. Orders placed meanwhile will not be charged delivery fees and will be delivered on 2-3 September. 

 

DELIVERIES

All deliveries are made by our courier Royal Mail between 8am and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday.

United Kingdom:

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20. For all other orders:

Standard delivery - £1.99
Express delivery £4.99 

The delivery times are estimate but enjoy a very high success rate, although it can take longer for your order to arrive during the holiday season. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched and update you with a tracking number. 

We ship worldwide. The postage charges for the international shipping will be available on checkout and are normally:

Europe - (5-10 working days) - £9.95
Rest of the world - (7-15 working days) - £14.95

If your country shipping doesn't show on checkout, please contact us for a quote.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require us to cancel and order. Some orders, which the manufacturing process has started for, may not be cancelled or surcharge could be charged. We cannot cancel orders that are already in the courier network.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, providing they are in unused state and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the postage charges for returns of unwanted items. 

Custom and personalised items are usually not returnable but please contact us straight away if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, it has arrived damaged or wrong items have been received.

We cannot take responsibility for:

• Spelling mistakes on personalised items - the text you provide is usually copied and pasted, so please take extra care while entering it.
• You have chosen the wrong format or variation
• You haven't taken a responsible care after receiving the item
