Delivery & Returns

 

DELIVERIES

All deliveries are made by our courier Royal Mail between 8:00 and 16:30 Monday to Saturday. 

Standard orders are usually dispatched the next working day but it may take longer during the peak seasons - Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, etc.

Express delivery orders are dispatched the same working day (Mon-Fri) if placed before 14:00. Please note: next day delivery is not guaranteed but has a very high success rate.

We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched and update you with a tracking number. 

Delivery charges and estimates:

United Kingdom:

Standard delivery (2-4 working days*) - £1.99 (free for orders over £20)
Express delivery (1 working day*) - £4.99 

We ship worldwide. The postage charges for the international shipping will be available on checkout and are normally:

Europe - (5-10 working days) - £9.95
Rest of the world - (7-15 working days) - £14.95

If your country shipping doesn't show on checkout, please contact us for a quote.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require us to cancel and order. Some orders, for which the manufacturing process has started, may not be cancelled or surcharge could be charged. We cannot cancel orders that are already in the courier network.

 

RETURNS

 

1. Personalised items.

Because every item is custom-crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer spelling errors. However, if your item arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake with your engraving, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.

2. All other products. 

If you change your mind about any of our non-personalised items, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the item simply needs to be unused, in its original pristine condition, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our contact page with your order number. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer for standard "change of mind" returns.
