Step 1: Let Us Know. Please email us at info@joyforge.co.uk or use our website's contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know that you would like to arrange a return. Please include your order number to help us find your details quickly.

Step 2: We'll Handle the Logistics. Once we receive your request, we will email you a free return shipping label and work with you to organise a convenient collection for the item. There is no cost to you for this service. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we ensure that returned products are responsibly recycled.

Step 3: Receive Your Full Refund. As soon as we have received the returned item back at our workshop in Kent, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.

• If you are returning a hamper, it should be unopened and in original condition
